Good morning:



Having been suspended by the SEC, we need to file Form 15C2-11, pass it by broker dealers and have them submit it to the SEC.

We have filed the form and are waiting for response.

Meantime, trades seem to be going through, but the market is not very transparent: as soon as we get clearance, broker/dealers will be able to see the ‘bid’ and ‘ask’ again.

We will issue a release once we have all the facts and have something concrete to announce,
