The "F" is to denote a foreign listing. Presently the talk is uplisting to the OTCQX. The tax consequences and filing requirements are less stringent for foreign companies. The minimum price for listing on the premier QX is .25.

The listing requirements on the HSI is 1.00 in Chinese currency which equates to about .13 US. All of this is in progress now with a goal of trading on the HSI prior to the Olympics. IMO, they want to be trading sometime in July which means they need to make there initial filing before June 1st IMO.

All of this information has been posted or released through the actorvist site or company blog which is entirely legal as it is a public website. There is much more happeing here than I just posted.
