Why do you guys persist in implying that Aquagold will play any part in relieving the water shortages in the vast majority of China?? Did you not read the report from the investor meeting
Jeff's report seemed pretty clear. See bolded text, and stop with the false innuendos please:

Notes from today's investor meeting...

Hello IHUB board, I am Jeff- the third person ranger referred to at today’s meeting. I have been reading over this board everyday for the past 4 months (48000 + posts to be exact) and I want to thank doog, Sid and many others for preparing me thoroughly for this meeting. All your time, effort and info was much needed for the numerous questions I asked. Here are the "facts" thoughts, and opinions of what transpired today.

The meeting lasted from 1-3 with Manuel, Steve and 9 investors. 2 of the investors were a couple that has put up much of the financing for Aquagold and their current operation.

Here is the straightforward answer of what Aquagold is... Aquagold is PREMIUM SPRING WATER. Period. If any of you have visions of aquagold in the hands of starving families around China- forget about it. Aquagolds "initial" market is the tourism, travel, and upper-middle class segment of China. Aquagold will be distributed to hotels, restaurants, and stores located in major business centers and 5 star restaurants. It is not- I repeat not going to remote villages as a lifesaver for the poor. This is a business! So all of you worried about profit margin, here goes...and I quote Manuel...

"Aquagold currently has facilities that can produce approximately 40 million cases of water PER YEAR."

"Aquagold is currently working with "at least 3" bottling plants which include Iroquois."

"There will be 24 BOTTLES PER CASE of Aquagold."

"A half-liter of water retail for approximately $8 US in a restaurant in China." (THIS IS NOT THEIR PRICE)

"Aquagold will be manufacturing 3 sizes of water: 350 ml (for bars, restaurants, and hotels) 500ml, and 1L bottles..."

Now for some cool stuff:

The bottles and pictures you have seen for Aquagold- Forget about them. They have revised and changed the entire look of their product- and per Manuel's words- "Everything- every word and logo and symbol has been approved by China" (He stressed many times how important this was to the process- getting approval in China for anything is not easy- but they have the network and have been plugging away and getting things done.")

He was cautious but showed us glimpses of specs. It looks good- IMO- Very clean and sleek. They are playing up the number 8 and putting a gold leaf on the top of the bottle. I could best compare the look to the look of Pellegrino. And since they are PREMIUM SPRING WATER, the look is very important. They are in the process of getting molds made for the new bottle and upon approval and cost, will begin manufacturing immediately.

So what about all the water they have already been shipping and dealing with there... Here’s the story. A lot of the water has been donated and a good will gesture by the company. This was appreciated so much by the Chinese, that an award was given to them by the Chinese government- Manuel mentioned that the award will be posted upon the new site updates- this good will has built more relationships. They also have water that is ready to go for the immediate launch and have no problem selling that water as soon as everything else falls into place.

Aquagold is the ONLY spring water being imported into China. How do we know this? Because China had to create a new tax bracket for spring water because it was not on the list when China tried to figure out how much in taxes they would be charging. Manuel stated that their tax rate was to be roughly the same as Evian’s WAS...

Thats because Evian is gone! And who knows if they are coming back. Because you all know about the issues with the water not being consistent. Manuel stressed often the importance in the consistency of Aquagold's water and that this was not something to be compromised and here's where we go from there...

As I stated...The current and best state of the art bottling plants can produce 20 million cases a year. MAX!

Aquagold is stating that they can produce 40 million cases a year based on 3 or more plants.

So a company such as Danone who has 6 major plants- how can they produce enough water to cover the world??? The answer is- water is coming from other plants- and that water is not consistent. Hence the trouble that happened in China.

So where does Aquagold go from here- this is a great thing but chill on it CAUSE IT AINT HAPPENING TOMORROW! Aquagold is seriously considering a second level of water to be produced under a different name with different requirements. Water is still clean- but not the premium spring water. This will allow Aquagold to work with more plants in the future. But for now- its a one product operation.

"Avian is not my competition."- Manuel

Manuel is not competing with other water companies- and I believe him when he says there is enough room for everyone. The market is huge. Manuel presented himself like a man very committed to the company and said he loved what he does. I too am a CEO and he carried himself very well. Yes he threw out compliments and told lots of stories and anecdotes, but his passion was there and my bullshit meter is off the charts and he passed. I was confident he was going to keep chopping away at more contracts and would constantly be back and forth to China. His mission isn't ending at the symbol change.

Now for the contracts- we are waiting on this stupid ass symbol- Plain and simple. The day this company reads AQGD or AQGL or whatever on etrade or scottrade is the day the pr blitz starts. PERIOD. PERIOD. PERIOD. They are ready. I asked him 3 times! None of this two weeks after the symbol crap. Its coming out- and I'm going to hold him to that! Here is another thing, and listen carefully everyone...

He raised his hand and swore to us NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION!

There are no worries on his end of finding the necessary parties to handle the float and I'm pretty sure they have that in place pending crossed t's and I's.

Did we see contracts? Yeah they were waived from a distance but obviously we can’t see any of it or read it because if we did then we are prohibited from trading for 90 days. But there are contracts. How many? "Not enough" he stated?

$500 million? Here's the best I got out of it. Is there one contract worth $500 million? My guess is no... HOWEVER, if you take all the contracts they have, do they add up to over $500 million??? YES THEY DO? How much more- no idea- but he said we will be happy. Right now, that is a good enough answer for me. No point in speculating on that- we will know soon enough. And yes...the contract length is over 8 years (8 is lucky..blah blah blah -2008, 8 years, infinity and so forth)

What is our price point? At the very least $1. $1 is a magic number because it is a prerequisite for the OTCQB. Do they want to be on the Nasdaq? Maybe one day but not right now. Why is that?

Per Steven...The NASDAQ is getting crushed on a daily basis and there is a minimum requirement of $1 to maintain your stance on the NASDAQ. Everyday 11 new companies enter and a couple hundred leave. He doesn’t feel that it benefits aquagold in any way to be lumped into the stock mess at this time. These stock expulsions also tie up the NASDAQ system causing some of the delays we have encountered recently.

But $1 is the SHORT TERM goal. Manuel expects nothing less- but obviously hopes for much more.

What is the profit margin on a case? That will be in the details.

When doe we get financials? They are hiring a CPA firm at this time.

It costs approx $1 per/case to ship.

What are the regions that will have Aquagold:

Manuel states there will be 4 to 5 hot spots in China right away with Shanghai and Beijing leading the way.

They are also very interested in Hong Kong, Japan, and Macau.

As far as the Olympics:

THERE ARE NO OLYMPIC CONTRACTS!!! Aquagold's presence will be seen around the Olympics in stores, shops and restaurants. There is no corporate sponsorship of the Olympics (that is something that would have had to been negotiated 4+ years ago). However, he did mention them providing water to some Canadian Olympic teams. AQUAGOLD HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AQUATIC CENTER OR THE CUBE.

Routing the $$$:

Aquagold is in the process of creating a company called Aquagold China. This is solely for the purpose of collecting funds from Chinese contracts. It is completely connected to the Aquagold international family and is necessary for the assurance and convenience of receiving funds.

So in the end, I have to say that Manuel handled everyone’s questions and was very comfortable doing so. I saw absolutely no red flags or any reason to be skeptical of his words. Yes he is a salesman like any good CEO would be and if he didn’t have confidence in his product I would be far more concerned with that. Additionally, the foundation and network for Aquagold seems tight. And they are being very smart IMO by not releasing one word of contract info until every single paper has been stamped for Aquagold.

He did apologize to the group and fully admitted that the delay last month was HIS FAULT for having the paper work marked aquagold USA instead of Aquagold international. LET THAT BE OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM THROUGH THIS WHOLE COURSE.

That’s about it...It's all about the contracts now and they will be coming. Hope this helps everyone in whatever direction he or she were leaning. Thanks again to everyone on the board for their hard work.
