I think you are missing one thing.
I agree that if I was Aziz that I would execute the plan and see it through. I also would not give a rip about anybody that tried to short my companies stock because I would do everything in my power to keep the price at the fair value. I would ensure that the stockholders are knowledgeable of all aspects of the business arrangement in which the stockholders funded it. If I was Aziz I would want to maintain my stock price as high as possible. I would also not be afraid of answering the tough questions that any other business executive in the country has to answer. Either to a board or to the individual stockholder.
I think that if Aziz is watching iHub and he is not willing to answer questions it is because he cannot and he know that he needs to dump stock. No way this is being shorted anymore if it ever truly was.
