CHME, (Sam)...Still think the share count could possibly be lower. Not sure though. Remember, that's just the transcript and like I said there was some confusion when it came to total shares. (transcript doesn't show the confusion). Either way though, CHME looks like it's undervalued and a good long term hold. Sam, if you get a chance can you please take a look at the 10k and see what number you come up with. I'm confused when it comes to the options. Page 49 through 52 look to break down the employee options but I'm not sure if it's accounting for all of them. I think total warrants is approx 3M. It's the options I'm not sure about. And then there's this (page 52)...
"This number includes 171,480 shares of common stock that Barron Partners owns as of March 25, 2008 and 2,402,913 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of our Series A preferred stock and exercise of our Series B warrants. However, the Series A preferred stock may not be converted and the Series B warrants may not be exercised if such conversion or exercise would result in Barron Partners owning more than 4.9% of our outstanding common stock. This limitation may not be waived."
