All the pipelines up here are all paid for by the companys. There is supposed to be a big one going all the way from Alaska through the Northwest Teritories Down thruogh Alberts and All the way down to Colorado. I think that they are waiting on Environmental clearance. To go through the Makenzie Delta. I'm realy not sure what the story is on that any more was supposed to happen a few years back.
