I personally liked the books/DVDs by Oliver Velez, I think, they helped me a lot. Like Monkish said though, the iBox here (and the links in it) would be a good place to start.

The usuals, whatever I post is my opinion, yaddayaddayadda. I'm still learning this, so if you listen to me, well, good luck to you :)
