undervalue... I finally have figured out why PHGI can't uplist onto the OTCBB!

As you know they were in a LOI and further agreement to merge into RNVO holdings a Steve Carnes production. Well not being a real big fan of Mr. Carnes I used to think it was because that would be a bad move on PHGI side.

Well RNVO has just published their 10K for the year 2007. While it reads like a investors night mare I must at least say it has all the information that is certified and audited so the investment community knows exactly what they are getting into. You know TRANSPARENCY...

Here is the kicker that shows why RNVO had to back out of the deal straight from the RVNO certified audited SEC filings:
