like I said I don't believe the 9/14 record date is the issue.

I personally know 2 people that bot MXES on 9/18, requested certs, got MXES certs (501 shares), after the rs they sent in their certs and got MXSV certs (500 shares) sent them into their brokers. (TDAmeritrade anfd Etrade) and sold em.

what did they do that was different then what you did?????
