Let me ask the board a hypothetical ? in regards to a re-purchase of common stock.

Could SWVC (Tom S /Seaway Valley Fund) be buying back common stock on the open market from the dilution dumps that YA has been making over the past month through "pre-arranged purchases" with the MM’s without having to file anything with the SEC?
