fitzman, I had it on my watch list and looked at it that morning and found it had dropped because of the coup.
I tried for about 15 minutes to catch it while it was in the teens and finally gor filled at .20.
My thought, then and now, was/is the oil is there no matter who controls it so, it's worth the shot. GLTYA
