I did place a call into JPCI...the prompt has several Canouse folks employed there John is actually known as Jack apparently...I wasn't able to speak to him but was told to leave him a message on voicemail by another Mr. Canouse...we'll post here once I get some questions answered...if you want any questions answered post them here. and I'll ask on your behalf
