Just my thoughts.....

1st step would be starting a Phase 3 with Cephalon in Italy based on the data and results collected in Italy. Then getting DNA's "blessing" to sell it off-label here in the U.S.

It would also be nice to see more data.......but that is in the hands of the Italians(it must be pretty good b/c they are still paying for it......lawyers must have some good evidence for IPLEX in battling ALS), and the Myotrophin results out of Mayo would also be a good starting point too....I thought they would have been out by now?

All the testimonials coming out of Italy seem to indicate IPLEX is the best hope for those with ALS, and INSM comments that it is safe and tolerable also bode well.

Have U tried contacting "Pianoman" or jsvlb on the YMB......I think his name is Jesse.........he is quite knowledgable in the IPLEX and ALS area.....I have not tried to make contact him, but it may be a good starting point.
