I'm still pulling for RPH though, because he is the only one who can get the pps up....no one else will do it, and in fact, he seems to be the only one that doesn't want this company dead dead.
You gotta be kidding, RPH killed CSHD all by hisself. The SEC didn't stop him from running the company, he just had to run it legal like and he couldn't. And don't give the excuse that he's not the CEO, he could have fought and regained that post. Rufus lied all the way through the whole affair, too many lies and no truth. How can you "believers" dismiss all of that and hang on his every word today is beyond comprehension. The NSS and market corruption are not the problem here, false PRs and SEC filings are. He deserves incarceration and not support from those he scammed.
