OK, how many shares are issued on this stock? I keep seeing a number around 400 mil - but then read some SEC filings that said consultants had each been issued 1.5 BILLION shares for a 10% or more interest in the company. Makes me think that 400 mil issued should actually be more like 10-15 BILLION issued. In that case, this thing is permanently flatlined at .0001 in my opinion. Any thoughts?
