95% of CRVR shares are held by the developers - 2. My guess is they want to oncrease the market cap of the company through the pps increase Rexam use any of their cash for another acquisiton.

Only negative as I say is lack of awareness. The Officers are developers and thus are not expert on the markets.

The 4,147,248 is out as it includes the 144 stock avialable that isn't on the market yet so you can take c700,000 off which means the float is even tighter!
