The websites for both Carbonics Capital Corporation
(www.carbonicscapital.com) and EcoSystem Corporation
(www.eco-system.com) are now planned for launch in April, not March as
previously intended.

The plan for these companies remains to bring new management and
strategic assets into each company - additional information on each and
their new models will be provided when their respective sites go live.
