iBIZ would like to thank you for your Virtual Keyboard pre-order. I would like to thank you for your continued patience, as you and I have expected delivery of this device for some time. As with any new technology, we have had to overcome several issues that caused delays beyond our control.



Since we are anticipating the upcoming delivery of the Virtual Keyboard, we need to gather some information from our pre-order customers.



** Please do not call asking when your specific order will be delivered, as we do not have the staff to answer all of these calls.**



Please be assured that we will get all orders out as quickly as possible in the order that they were initially received. Basically those who ordered first will have their units shipped first.



Since this keyboard requires a specific connector in order to attach to your PC or Handheld device, we ask that you reply to this e-mail, so that we can be assured you will receive the proper connector for the device you will be attaching to the Virtual Keyboard.



Simply reply to this e-mail, and include the following information: (the email address is [e-mail])



1. What device you plan to use with the Virtual Keyboard, and the Operating System it uses. For example: Palm m500 running Palm OS 5.0



2. We need to know your Order Number. For example: ibizpda 2840, or if you do not have your order number, please include your full name and the corresponding shipping zip code.



This information will greatly speed the process of getting these orders out, and will ensure that you receive the proper cable and connector for your specific device.
