Just a thought of wisdom!

IT's obvious that everybody's shares were transferred back in October 2007 by a TraNSFERR AGENT. We all had our shares converted to a 4-1 stock split. THose who bought and held for the period specified.

I would assume that the owners of those restricted shares would have to file for their taxes those shares transferred and restricted BACK IN JULY OF 2007.
I really doubt this is the year for a Tax Extention!

THerfore, April 15 is a pretty good indicator of the time frame before this stock sees 2 cents not just one!$$$$$$$$$

Does it make more sense to Dance around like a little Sally Pie and wait and see on this stock, hoping to get a SKOR deal between .003 and .001 --- or

Does one analyze and plug in the revenue number and give a fair proffit margin to guess pretty reasonabley what the NEW PPS is with only 180 million shares o/s

Now you have a really low float!

Pluss you have 3 restaurants with news pending

Pluss you have Takk systems gaining momentum

Pluss you have atleast 7-8 more restaurants with news in the next pending 8-10 monts with revenue of 2 million each

Pluss you have the already exhisting business of Baron which has clients like

olive garden
rubey tuesday
burger king
red lobster
Mc Donalds
Applebees
marriott
hilton
viacom
$$$$$$$$$$$$ clients like this for 26 years! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Pluss they have a school which promotes people how to go entrepreneur thier way into the Beer Flushing LIne Business which is very lucrative$$$$

Pluss they build restaurants

Pluss they provide heavy duty restaurant appliances!

Pluss all of this is going to be a National Brand someday!

Anybody who Plugs in a low revenue Number and says it's worth 10 million in revernue is in my opinion Nutts....
