Don't get me wrong here: I also think this will move and I would also keep my money out of it until it moves. That is the best strategy you can have. If the run does not happen, your money will still be there..
However: if you 'know' this will run and you 'know' that once the news is released, you will not be able to buy at 0.0001 anymore, then you should buy all you can now. And Mr Web claims to have that knowledge.... but doesn't buy... so?
