Thanks for this firsthand knowledge on shipping to China. I agree it never sounded like rocket science.

Eight employees sounds about right to me too.

AquaGold will probably hire a Chinese marketing firm to work with their marketing staff. I imagine they will do this country to country. What works in China might not work in Japan & India. This way they avoid making cultural mistakes and they are covered on the nuances of each country and what's effective and works.
