What we have here is a HUGE generation gap. Initially, JV hired has-beens in their field, (albeit experienced), whom you would assume would expect a salary commensurate with past success. (and we know they left) Then you have the Garland Harris side of things....wannabees....who hype for a living. JV didn't know what hit him. OBVIOUSLY, the wannabees continue to hype, and dropped the BALL, when it comes to being team players. They knew how to get the Austin name on the new/old web site, but didn't realize the importance of continuity, as far as the UPZS bigger picture is concerned. It spells of SELF, and no one else. I feel bad for JV, as he has to deal with total idiots, who can't see the bigger picture. Yea, you Mark Ellison, you were assistant to the produce manager, of a grocery store? If JV would wake up, and hire real college grads....you guys would be history. A REAL WORD to the really wise! It's not too late. Sue them! Get them gone! And start the company of YOUR dreams. How much wood CAN a Woodchuck chuck? LOTS! ALL OF OUR OPINIONS! (except maybe RK's....he's tooooo long on something!)
