My premise, since I seemingly must spell everything out, is that ADCS deliberately chose the name V Starr and avoided any location specific information to generate confusion as to the company in question. I have also pointed out that the Ohio version of V Starr was created a mere 3 weeks before the joint venture was allegedly signed. By all reports after a grueling series of negotiations by the fearless 'Shawn' no less. Yet how hard is it to create a joint venture with a new company that you have just incorporated yourself. More to the point, why do you create a new corporation to enter into a joint venture with when you already have a perfectly serviceable company (which is selling stock to others) that you could use to conduct business?
The only ones that are being misleading are those that put out fluffy PR's filled with unverifiable allegations and those that claim this makes that company all sunshine and roses.
I look forward to your continued use of only factual information going forward. It will be a refreshing change of pace from most of the drivel I find posted here.
