Well, you make a key point. However you have not included any thoughts on "Why".

Let me help you. Sandy has had a past of coming up with these fake officers with his past ventures. We all agree that his past history has not been stellar. Matter of fact, pretty much dowright crooked!!! Basically, Slime Jim and Ms Kaput are nothing more than a smokescreen for Sandy to hide behind until some good takes place.......and it will.

Mr Webprods will agree that we should see .045 or more if the run is timed right. When will it happen???? "Gut feeling is not until the restricted become tradeable.

In the meantime, celebrate the fact that "Bob", has been invited into the "W" conclave.. He is most deserving.
