Agreed, it's time to show a united front rather than individual complaints and concerns. There is much more power in numbers at this time.

I personally would prefer to lend my name to the letter going to the BOD directors rather than mailing them as a single private investor. There are gross deficiencies in the conduct of business as a publicly owned company with regard to shareholders rights that the company is obligated to fulfill. Once they have been presented with our complaints and realize that we are not a disorganized bunch of message board posters it should jolt them awake a bit and they'll be able to smell the coffee brewing in the kitchen.
