Source Bio-Plastics is acquiring Michelex, not the other way around like so many have been preaching for so long, that Tom G's acquisitions will save us. Looks like Rob Rood is going to be runniing things now, and Tom G will prob be taking a back seat to this new CEO, boy doesn't that sound familiar? I'VE BEEN PREACHING THAT FOR WELL OVER A YEAR NOW! I MUST HAVE 50-100 POSTS SAYING THAT TOM G NEEDS TO TAKE A BACK SEAT TO A CEO THAT HAS MORE EXPERIENCE IN THE PUBLIC ARENA!!! BEST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN HERE! Now the thought is, whats going to happen to the stock? How much will be issued to Source Bio? This stock is at the bottom and should start heading up in my opinion, but I believe it's going to be a long slow climb, even to get back to .015-.02, at least it's happening. As far as AG Pro goes, that could become a totally separate entity if Tom somehow gets it, and even remain private for all we know. Have to wait and see. I'd like to know if all the debt. is going to be paid off in this deal so new stock doesn't get issued? Like NIR? If NIR doesn't get paid off in this deal, watch out for more dilution down the road, $800 GRAND worth of stock at these prices would be devastating, why hasn't Tom tackled the NIR Debt. issue? Cornell? Have they been paid off yet? Thats another $300 Grand plus they have 15-17 Mil free trading shares their sitting on along with all those shorts? Still lots of unanswered questions floating around here, good news though for a change.
