Changemaster, there are only 2 things that will happen if you really did report it to NY SEC! Firstly, if its a fraud, then hopefully, SEC will step in but sadly shareholders like me & others will lose. But then is SEC the regulatory body for this cos sometimes its the FBI Commercial Crime division that steps in for some listed companies.
Secondly, if you have reported it, then INBG if its doing legit biz which I still believe it is, will be even more pro-active in providing more regular updates & details of its upcoming biz plans.
