dude, you feel bad for us, give me a break. I am a business owner and I can tell you that if I owned 5% of a company and had 350,000 in owed money I would have a couple of lawyers working on it and NOT I repeat NOT trying to resolve this by means of phone calls and emails. Again you feel bad for us as investors if you truly do have 5% in this then I would think you would be frantic in helping get the "legal issues" taken care of to recoup your investment. You talk of everything bad that is going on or how they have no money and can't practice the technology to make it work but 5% is something that I would be doing whatever it took to make sure that this product came out. The way I see it is if you don't help the legal issue you get NOTHING just like the rest of us.
