After going back thru all the information since the last O/S was reported in June 2007 as 1 billion it looks like there is now over 4 billion shares O/S and with their limit they can sell no more then 5 billion it appears they are delaying their meeting until they reach the limit. More then likely they will announce there plan to help enhance shareholder value by doing a reverse split that way large institutions will want to own the stock. At least they will be doing strictly to help out the share holders just like all pinkys do.
