I spoke with Ted earlier today...

I asked him really two questions what the hell is happening. His responce was that they are set to go into production once the legal issues are resolved.

My second was, Can you confirm or deny that there is a lien on the patent that they currently have. His responce was he did not know if there was hence could not give me a yes or no answer.

I simply put it to him because there is no official PR the investor community is pissed off and are ready to bail on this and that I also wanted to know and make sure that they were still there and have not run off with the investors money. He did say that they are still there and that they are not going anywhere and will do what they can to get this to market as soon as the legal issues are taken care of.

I guess take this how you want to but this was pretty much word for word out conversation.
