I agree with you, it is "Good news" for a change "IF" the deal gets completed. Tom G not controlling the company anymore is the best news, new management was needed here real bad, but in my opinion, it's going to be a slow climb for this one, it's not just going to run like a wild horse anymore, too many shares out there and even though we should get some new Investors coming in, most Penny traders have been ignoring this one for a long time now. Relisting on the OTCBB and Reducing the A/S would help a great deal too.
