Yes CIRT has moved nicely. Did you buy some between 10:34 and 10:44 AM this Morning? Your ALERT came out at 10:51 and you stated DO NOT BUY if you can not get the .0003. It did not go to .0003 after your alert. Besides less than 2 mil traded at .0003 and only about 1.5 mil at .0004.
