Real movement on Level II. The bid at .019 that had been sitting since yesterday as top bid -- against an ask of .020 -- has been topped by a bid of .020 -- (the .019 bid is still there) and now the ask has gapped all the way to .025. That just happened recently. It means interest in buying this stock has just exceeded interest in selling it!
