I'm not here to convince you or anyone else to buy and I could care less about you or your position on either side of the trade.

I have a large position and I am actively buying cheap shares.
I'm not an insider and I do not know any officer of this company.

I have spoken two times to Maxwell. Once to Shelly and once to "Boiler Room" Mike. Based on what he told me as a representative of the company he should be in prison.

I have not received an answer to any of my calls to the new IR firm. My research indicates that every company that they represent is actively shorted. I would not trust this firm with my company.

I know for a fact that there is a large naked short holder that has no plans or financial resources to cover. They are at serious risk and do not want the price to climb at any cost. This explains their active posting on this board.

I do know that the UK connection is strong and has huge potential. I am pleased with the progress of this company in terms of their business plan while remaining a pink sheet company.

Alex has many options that would build sharholder value and I
am convinced of the eventual success of the company even if one or more of the large shareholders has to pull together to move it forward.

April will be a big month for RSPG
