softtouch SEC to 'clean up wallstreet?The SEC/DTCC.NASD is ran bt Wallstreet...never happen ,if they allow counfiet shares to exist,then that should tell you something look at Bear sterns ,Major NK SHRTR get bailed out by taxpayers hahaha
