I had a .01 bid in for about 3 weeks and it executed a few shares (4,000) yesterday, and then the rest today. So I haven't experienced this problem. I had a GTC buy in so I was in the "queue" for a while... maybe that's the difference... I don't know. My order executed... good luck to you... now I wait.
