Yes TD Ameritrade. My son-in-law has an account with Scott Trade who only charges $7.00 per trade but has an extra fee of 1/2% of the trade amt on stocks under 1 dollar. so on large dollar orders on stocks priced under $1.00 it could go over the 9.99.

I don't think I myself would transfer accounts to save a few dollars if you're happy with the service and trading platforms you have. I won't switch to Scott Trade but may transfer my 401k there because I would not trade pennies there and could save $3.00 per trade JMO.
