I'm going to guess that is a mailing address. Bothersome to say the least. Often times companies will go to the UPS Store instead of a post office for two reasons.

1. You can have a mailbox there, but you don't have to list it as a PO box. The "box" is officially called a suite in the mailing address on this one. It makes it much more legitimate looking.

2. Privacy. You don't need to provide as much documentation at a UPS Store as you do at the USPS.

I know all of this because one of my LLCs is set up at a UPS Store.
