Yes,
That is the standard protocol. It gives a chance for different "waves" of investors to get in as it is being promoted to a different set of people every few days/weeks. Of course we just sit back and watch all the new investors make the price go UP. LOL!

Buy like heck when no one wants it, and sell when they can't get enough.
