The local Massena area sure can use the jobs, but 175 estimated jobs over 3 years is still a drop in the bucket compared to what GM Powertrain is taking out of the area, I think someone said 1500-2500 jobs are gone from GM closing alone. Did I read this right? Toms losing 75% control of MLXO? Is this how hes financing the AG Pro acquisition? AG Pro would be a seperate entity from MLXO then, if thats the case, how will AG Pro becoming a seperate entity from Michelex benefit MLXO shareholders? Hell, if Tom gets AG Pro as a seperate entity from MLXO, they could remain private, and it would have no benefit to MLXO shareholders at all, our value will depend on the comeback made from the new plastics merger. If I'm right, theres not much to get excited about. Opinions anyone? I hope I'm wrong, but thats how I just read it, a quick once over, I only read the PR once real quick. What does some Longs have to say?
