How many would be willing to invest some of the earnings they receive from this stock into a venture capital company which will only invest in Niger and SanTome. Goal to help those people but not by giving them a fish but helping them learn how to fish? Takes the money away from the existing power structure and placs it in the hands of true entruepuners.
