Are they facing problems in how to finance the purchase of the factory? Seems to be taking more than 3 months now since the news about the acquisition. How is it going to be financed?

Such a wealth of opportunity in China but management seems to be having some difficulty in getting things moving, wonder whether their networking skills with mainland Chinese is an obstacle?
