DID you know that Steve Jobs among other creative financing;sold his VW BUS to Have enough money for the raw materials needed to build thier first computers. I think that it is a beautiful anology. Furthermore I was just making a statement about the preffered shares. Which atleast in this case one would obviously not stay away from.
