I just can't believe you people
would entertain 'Those' thoughts
at this stage of the game when
you previously rejected them .
Did you all forget how LOW
the current FLOAT really is ?
All of the other shares are
R E S T R I C T E D !!!
And IF the use of any Authorized Shares
are ever needed (ie: Joint Venture, etc)
they will also be Restricted and will NOT
effect the current SMALL Float at all !
Now I know that your patience is wearing
a little thin regarding the illegal selling of
those Approx 25M 504D Restricted Shs ,
but don't prematurely cut your nose off
despite your face !
The PPS has a lot of room to move with the current
share structure and NSHV needs to have some
Authorized Shares available for potential growth ,
as opposed to Toxic Financing... or whatever .
The Transfer Agent was responsible for allowing
those 504D's to be sold on the open Market, and
that mistake should be rectified through the DTCC
which insures against this type of Fraud... I M O
Regardless... maybe you boys are just trying to draw
needed attention to the stock, because the thought of
any unneeded Reverse Split is the most desperately lazy
and worst idea I have heard from you impatient people yet !
And believe me... the last thing you want to do
at this stage of the game is to confuse Gene ,
especially when things are finally looking up !
