they just increased the authorized to 250 mil. They can ALWAYS do a forward split HOWEVER with 80+ mil issued for the r\m & 12 mil to existing shareholders (post split) that means the o\s will be approx 100 mil. Doing a f\s of 8:1 would make it 800 mil o\s with an authorized of 250 mil. Methinks that IF a forward split were contemplated (and there certainly is no indication that there is one contemplated) the authorized would have been raised at least to 1 BILLION to allow for other share issuances. IMHO, a f\s is not in the cards.
