okay, this is something concerning the approximately 5,000 acres represented in this PR.
If you take 5000 acres of jungle (20 million-odd sq. meters) with a value of about $500 per acre (very liberal for that part of the world), and there are 4046 square meters per acre,
$500 / 4046 = 12 cents per square meter.

you then take take it in 5 square meter blocks, giving it a real value of 69 cents per 5 meter block....
and then call it worth $25 per 5 square meters in a PR,, and PRESTO! you have created wealth!!!
