There are several ways to look at it. GCOG will merge with FORC and things could be great, however; GCOG will probably do a R/S first to bring the amount of shares that people have down or non-existent. Then merge both companies. Maybe GCOG shuts down at some point and everybody loses. The problem with this company is that there is no communication. There has been nothing for about a year now. Even Rahim becoming a CEO of another company should be put out as news. But still nothing. Until the intention of GCOG are know, I urge caution in investing in this company. There are to many unknowns.
