i disagree with both of you-lol,, too many traders will pile on for the tsar and float factor- and the fact that this has not gone thru fund dumping in 6 months+- now those fundies that bought-got themsleves an early stage tsar,, and besides,, it is way behind and ignored for all of the contract news,, armour for trucks etc.

float=37.40M ,, vol+24mil-do the math+yesterday: 5mil
