What makes you think that Matin owns 50% or more of VLXC stock? It doesn't sound logical for at least a couple reasons:

1.) The Outstanding share count has been increasing constantly for the last couple years, some estimating that current o/s is about 30 Million.

2.) If Matin owned that much, then it would be in his best interest to have the stock increase in value NOT decrease.
