CHDT's STPtools.com adorns a race car that ran in last week's Nashville race. The winner (Wimmer) of the race got a Gibson Guitar.

CHDT's affiliate attempts to register the trademark "Take Anywhere" for it's new PC peripheral product.

Gibson already has an application in for "Take Anywhere":

The Notice of Allowance has already gone out, they need to supply the Statement of Use for the registration to take place. They've already filed for an extension to do so.

Don't get comfy with that takeanywhere.com. Gibson will be within their rights to take over that domain once the trademark is registered.
